at least we-re not alone now. solo show | erika rier | apr 6-27, 2024
In April 2024, we featured "At Least We're Not Alone Now," a solo show featuring the marvelous ceramic and illustrations world of artist Erika Rier.
This show focuses on creating art within a community. Using snippets of overheard conversations and creating creatures in the hopes of bringing a smile to a friend's face are the jumping-off point for many of the ceramic pieces in the show. The ink drawings are pieces created for a comic of the same name whose story explores themes of friendship.
